Returns

Are you not satisfied with your order? No problem – you can return your items within 14 days of receipt.

Here's how it works:

1. Send us an email at crazyvintagehelpcentre@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will get back to you within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
3. Pack the item securely and send it to the specified return address.
4. Upon receipt, we will check the condition and refund you within 7 business days.

Please note:

• All items are vintage and may show signs of wear due to age – this is part of the charm.
• Returns are only possible if the condition of the item is unchanged.
• You bear the return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or delivered incorrectly.
• Each item is unique – exchanges for the same item are therefore not possible.
